Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GGG — Good Game Guild (the "Service"), including this website and the hosted web application at app.ggg.quest, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

  • infringe the rights of any other user or third party;
  • transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code;
  • attempt unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
  • misrepresent your identity or your wallet's ownership;
  • scrape, crawl, or harvest data in violation of these Terms or of rate limits;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

3. The Protocol

GGG is a non-custodial protocol on the Stellar Soroban network for creating prize-escrow tournaments. The Service lets organisers create tournaments, players join by paying an entry fee, and referees submit final rankings, after which a smart contract auto-settles payouts. Artisam Labs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Tournament participation is subject to the rules set by each organiser.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, design, text, branding, and graphics of this website belong to Artisam Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use. The smart-contract source, where published, is licensed as stated in its repository.

5. User Submissions

Tournament names, game titles, and any content you submit grant Artisam Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the Service (including broadcasting it on-chain). You confirm you own or have the right to submit it, and that it does not violate third-party rights. Do not include personal data in on-chain fields — once submitted, it is public and immutable.

6. Web3 & Blockchain Risk Disclaimer

Read this carefully.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is signed and submitted to the Stellar network, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or modified — by you or by us. Digital assets carry risks including market volatility, smart-contract bugs or exploits, network congestion, and regulatory uncertainty. Artisam Labs provides the Service as-is, for utility and competition purposes only — it is not financial, investment, or legal advice, and no part of the Service constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any asset. You are solely responsible for your wallet, your private keys, your transactions, and any tax obligations that arise from using the Service. Never share your private keys or seed phrase — Artisam Labs will never ask for them.

The Service links to or interacts with third-party tools (the Stellar network, Stellar Explorer, Freighter and other SEP-7 wallets, and your web browser). These are provided for convenience. Artisam Labs does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, practices, or reliability of any third-party service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artisam Labs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including loss of digital assets, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — whether based on contract, tort, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Service is non-custodial: we never hold your funds, and we are not liable for on-chain outcomes you authorise.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artisam Labs and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or damage arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right — including any loss arising from transactions you authorise with your own wallet.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Artisam Labs' place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

Artisam Labs may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
